Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. We ask that You would provide good jobs for them when they return to civilian life and give them favor with our citizens. Let Your word have free course among them as You pour out Your Spirit on them, teaching them how loving, gracious and awesome You are.
We pray that the Spirit of Truth would rule and reign in our nation. We invite You into our churches to enlighten and convict people. Help each of Your children to fulfill the specific calling You have placed on his life so that we can accomplish Your work and see multitudes making the right choice in the Valley of Decision.
We worship You for You are worthy and thank You for answering our prayers in the name of Jesus. Amen.
