Denver abortion clinic builder issued warning

A company building a major abortion business structure in Denver has been warned by a national paving coalition to break off work on the project, or else "my fear for you is that we are the first of hundreds of companies that will begin collaborating against The Weitz Co."

The warning comes from a vice president for the coalition of 1-800-ASPHALT, which reports having contractors in 44 states from New York to California, and has contracts for millions of dollars in asphalt and site work.

At issue is the work Weitz is doing for Planned Parenthood in the Denver area, where a new mega-clinic abortion facility is being developed.

Because of the work, Will Duffy, a spokesman for the Collaborators Project, told WND that Weitz has been given a deadline tonight to stop work on its Planned Parenthood abortion business in Denver, or be declared a "permanent collaborator."

None ~ Weitz has persuaded others to do work for them under false premises. When fraud or deception is commited when you enter into a contract it is null and void.

The people they defrauded may well be able to bring serious damage suits against Weitz.

I don’t see any mention of that whatsoever in the article. After reading it twice, I barely know what this Weitz company even does, something to with construction, possibly asphalt-related.

Let’s see the mention of secrecy and false pretenses and so on.

In their public statements they seem to be a rather stiffnecked bunch given to the use of Theory Z management techniques ~ very traditional pre-WWI German style operation.

The general contractor of the stalled Elevation Chandler project has recorded a mechanic’s lien worth $5.8 million, the amount the company is owed from developer Jeff Cline.

That includes $4.3 million in mechanic’s liens already recorded by subcontractors, said Larry Mohr, senior vice president at Weitz.
