Amnesty Will Cost US Taxpayers some $2.6 Trillion (What John McCain Supports)
THE HERITAGE FOUNDATON ^

McCain's love of amnesty will be a key issue. He supported amnesty in 2003 by name, proposed it in 2006 and 2007 without calling it amnesty, and says that anyone who says that he ever supported amnesty is a liar. He has insulted Americans who advocate border security and has cursed at the thought of building a border fence.
The presence of Juan Hernandez in the background of the McCain campaign tells us that John McCain is as weak on border security now as he ever was. Dr. Juan Hernandez, a dual citizen of the US and Mexico, and past member of Vicente Foxs Mexican government.....Hernandez is as open borders as you can get.
McCain should explain to voters/taxpayers Arizona's federal and state funding for the facilitation of border-crossing via the Arizona-Mexico Commission, and the Border Infrastructure Project implemented in collaboration with federal, state and local government agencies........that's OUR tax dollars. THIS IS WHAT McCAIN SUPPORTS
Amnesty Will Cost U.S. Taxpayers at Least $2.6 Trillion
Heritage Foundation | June 6, '07 | Robert Rector
EXCERPT McCain is for S.1348, the Senate amnesty bill that was recently defeated. S.1348 would grant amnesty to nearly all illegal immigrants currently in the United States. Overall, the net cost to taxpayers is likely to be at least $2.6 trillion. Illegal immigrants generally have very low education levels. 61 percent of illegal immigrant adults lack a high school diploma. Illegal immigrants have a poverty level
that is roughly twice that of native-born Americans.
The Senate's bill would offer amnesty and a path to citizenship to 12 to 12.5 million illegals currently in the U.S. In addition, its lax evidentiary standards would encourage millions more to apply for amnesty fraudulently. Because there is no numeric limit on the number of amnesties that could be granted under the bill, the actual numbers who would receive amnesty under the bill could be far higher.
Eligibility for government benefits means that the former illegal immigrant or his family members obtains the same benefits as a U.S. citizen would have. Children born within the United States to illegal immigrants, including Z visa holders, are potentially eligible for all welfare benefits from the moment of birth through the reat of their lives. In addition, adult Z visa holders and their foreign-born children will be eligible for medical care under the Medicaid Disproportionate Share Program. Z visa holders will be given lawful Social Security numbers which makes them eligible for two refundable tax credits: The Earned Income Tax Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit. These credits provides cash welfare assistance...
Irrespective of employment history, amnesty recipients will become eligible for 60 different federal welfare programs five years after receiving legal permanent residence. When the amnesty recipients reach retirement age, total benefits received will OUTSTRIP TAXES PAID BY ROUGHLY SEVEN TO ONE. (Excerpt) Read more at heritage.org

WHAT JOHN McCAIN SUPPORTS (Amnesty Will Cost US Taxpayers some $2.6 Trillion)
And maybe even their lives as well during a drunk driving spree, a van being chaced carrying illegal aliens, robbers during a crime or drug related incident.
Any number of crimes committed daily, kill more Americans than have died in the Iraq War.

---As reported in Grassfire's booklet, "The Truth About The Illegal Invasion," some 325,000 criminal illegal aliens will be incarcerated in state and federal prisons this fiscal year.
----Illegal aliens commit 12 murders every day in the U.S. and kill another 13 daily through drunk driving incidents. That's more than 9,000 people killed every year by illegal aliens.
---On average eight children are sexually abused by illegal aliens every day -- that's over 2,920 annually.
-------And that's just a small portion of the illegal alien crime wave....... 4.1 million crimes by illegal aliens.
---More people are murdered by illegal aliens in one year than have been killed in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars since their inception.
---A GAO study found that illegal aliens commit, on average, 12.6 criminal offenses. This means incarcerated illegal aliens have committed over 4.1 million crimes -- and that does not include illegal alien criminals who are not incarcerated.
---According to Congressional sources thousands of illegals are coming from terrorist and suspect nations and they are bent on killing Americans.
These "dignified" people violating our borders, "looking for a better life" "doing the jobs Americans won't do" should be thrown out of our country, subito.

McCain is unconcerned about the stability of the US and the safety and security of Americans as latino invaders, MS-13 gangs, and their cadres of co-conspirators are (b) publicly and privately conspire against the US government and (b) commit hate crimes against America and Americans.
Anyone who spews hate and discontent about OUR country, who marches in mobs, holds up hate signs, and publicly proclaims they will violate US law, shall be penalized (and shall be excluded from holding US citizenship).
It's time to penalize anyone on American soil who (a) conspires to undermine the US government, and (b) commits hate crimes against America and Americans.
===================================================
ACTION NOW The next president must demand Congress initiate federal legislation that would impose severe penalties for foreigners undermining the US government and committing hate crimes against Americans (crimes like stealing our identities, cloning our cell phones, fraudulently registering/voting, and looting the tax assets of Americans).
(a) Hate Crimes---(b) Undermining the US government
1 - Invaders' using illegal ID or documents
2 - Invaders' Federal income tax evasion
3 - Re-entry into USA after deportation
4 - Obtain/Operate vehicles with illegal ID
5 - ID theft/fraud - Social Security fraud
6 - Knowingly gaining employment fraudulently
7 - Recruiting other illegal aliens workers
8 - Transporting illegal aliens across the border
9 - Harboring &/or housing illegal aliens on American soil
10 - Endangering Americans by undermining US national security
11 - Registering/Voting using fraudulent documentation
12 - Conspiracy to violate federal statutes
13 - Uttering false statements to public officials
14 - Obstructing law enforcement
15 - Sham marriages to avoid deportation
=====================
Emphasize to lawmakers that Americans are demanding:
Federal grounds for expulsion from US soil
Federal grounds for denying citizenship
Provisional federal citizenship laws
Severe penalties for committing Hate Crimes Against Americans
Severe penalties for conspiring against, and undermining, the US government.
Denying federal funds to sanctuary-cities.
Abolishing anchor-babies.
STRICT ENFORCEMENT of all EXISTING laws WRT illegals.

You’re right. He was, however, in office before we knew that. McCain is still stoppable on all this. And since the Kennedy-McCain legislation was endorsed by Bush, I have lost alot of respect for him. McCain will not back down from it either. Go Romney!

It isn't just about dollars or even 'border security' which is a dodge that these guys are using.
It's about nation hood. Whether we are one people.
Mr. McCain doesn't believe any such entity exists. As far as he's concerned, Mexicans have nationality, but Americans don't.
And as for Hernandez El ReConquistador, that guy should be stripped of citizenship since he has clearly expatriated himself. Not only does he not belong anywhere near a possible future President of the U.S., he doesn't belong in the U.S.

Back on topic.
The only way McCain can get those of us who absolutly will not vote for him because of his amnesty for all bill is for him to answer YES to all 15 questions sent to him by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) and return it signed and to swear to never go against them. And then to submit to a "water boarding" so we may tell if he is telling the truth.

And if you use the real number probably over 20 mil currently here...thats 1/3 or our country over again sucking on the teat, not answering me in english, not knowing our history, filling our jails and changing our western civilization based culture to that of a third world. Border security group attacks Romney for flip-flopping on immigration
Tasty quotes, full release after the jump:
In 2006 Governor Romney supported the Presidents immigration policy as well as the McCain-Kennedy bill. He expressed support for an immigration program that places large numbers of illegal residents on the path toward citizenship and said illegal immigrants should have a chance to obtain citizenship.
He even went as far as to say that Republicans that break from the President on this issue are making a "big mistake" according to the Associated Press

LOL, the look on GW’s face is hilarious.
No, no improvement on immigration and, given Romney’s voiced support of McCain/Kennedy, there’s not much of a choice.
Maybe the best we can hope for is for McCain to get elected and destroy the Republican party as it is currently incarnated.
Then maybe we can get about the business of raising a new party with the objective of establishing a framework of Government built on a foundation of Law and Order as the founders intended - instead of the dialectic circus party we have now.
As others have noted, electing McCain might destroy the party - but electing Obama/Hitlery would destroy the country.

If McCain wins on Super Tuesday the liberal media will make him the front runner. This is a pivotal point in the race and for the future of the United States. McCain has to be stopped this week or maybe never.
McCain is the biggest threat to the United States, to our way of life, to our prosperity , to our liberty and even to our ability to survive.
McCain has fought for at least a decade to give Amnesty to 30 million illegals and then their families back in the 3rd world. McCain will allow those 30 million illegals to bring to the U.S. 100 million of their 3rd world relatives. So McCain is lying now when he is saying he is not for Amnesty. Huckabee would do the same.
This is the plan of Marxists/liberals like McCain, to import 3rd world socialist, ignorant, illiterate voters so these new voters can vote for Democrats and for socialism. Then we would all be starving in a socialist peoples Republic of the United States. The Soviet Union collapsed because of socialism. We are headed that way if we dont start reducing the size of government. McCain, Huckabee , Hillary and Democrats are pure evil for wanting to push a failed system like socialism on the American people just so they can gain power.
McCain would cripple U.S industry with global warming regulations and laws.
McCain would give Amnesty to 30 million illegals and their families back in the 3rd world.
McCain would raise taxes ( he voted against the Bush tax cuts).
McCain would use his McCain-FeinGold to crack down on blogs and talk radio. This guy is a Stalinist.
McCain is no conservative but McCain is a liberal/socialist as his record shows not as his lying mouth says. It would be worse if McCain won over Hillary. At least with Hillary as president the Republicans in congress can mount an opposition. And Democrats will get the blame for all the misery they will cause. Republicans will be pressured to support the liberal statist, Stalinist agenda of McCain if he became president.

You are correct in your analysis of the danger McCain poses for our country and the short amount of time we have to defeat him. As of today, he has "asked for divine intercession" and openly stated on Fox News this afternoon that the nomination is his (per my ears).
Unfortunately, it almost seems as if you are preaching to choir or to those who refuse to review and recognize McCain's actual record. Liz did an excellent job compiling a succinct list posted throughout this thread, as other FReepers have done recently. I've gone to requesting my own divine intervention as far as Super Tuesday is concerned, and am researching and typing as fast as I can to compose a thread in hopes of reminding as many FReepers as I can exactly why came to this forum and the principles we hold as Conservatives.
