I wish these folks would secede from the U.S. and form their own country.

“I wish these folks would secede from the U.S. and form their own country.”

We can only hope they do secede and form their own country.

Why should FReepers so hope?

Well, if they are a separate nation, then they could be invaded, sold to the Arabs, and their property kept by the victors.

Doubtlessly, the victors would then rejoin America. Actually, it would not take very many Americans to defeat the Sheeples Republic of Berserkly because the Libroids in Berkley hate guns and therefore don’t own any.

All is for the best in this best of all possible worlds.

I was talking to my brother tonight and fear we’re headed toward a civil war.

I wish these folks would secede from the U.S. and form their own country.

Then we could declare war citing the precedent of the civil war and send in ... the marines.
