Suppose you buy meat for your restaurant from a supplier. The supplier begins selling you rancid meat. Do you keep taking the unacceptable product? If you do you’ll only get more of the same.

It’s time to fire the GOP. We need a supplier who won’t try to sell us garbage.

If we were running against say Truman or JFK I’d be game, but too much is at stake now.

To carry the analogy further, do you go to the butcher down the street and get 50 pounds of radioactive hot dogs instead? That would obviously be much worse for you, your family, and everyone around you!

And, I'm interested in your reason to "fire" a political party.

Are you suggesting "firing" the GOP because you do not like primary results?

The "GOP" doesn't vote in primaries, people do (superdelegates, crossovers and independents notwithstanding).

What am I not understanding here?
