A German Shepard is probably the best home safety investment the average person can make. #2 is a loaded firearm that you are famiiliar with.

I see that the police are totally under the thumb of an oppressive administration. They have been trained to say PC things. I don’t blame them for their wimpish weakness.
However, they are wrong. Victims should fight back. I would have loved to see the heavy piece of metal crash down on the attacker’s head. I would have dropped a 50 pound weight on the attackers parts that he wanted to use in the rape, and made them incapable of being used ever again.

I have good neighbors, elderly folks that are the best security one can get. Also my alarm system has a fixed cellular dialer telling me something is wrong on my pager and a cellular text message. I can look at and inside and away fro my home on the web from work ........if anything looks bad as I have had very very few false alarms I call my neighbors who peek for me and if they see a strange vehicle or open / broken door or window we, they and I call local PD .
Only way to keep a secret between two people is if one of em is dead........alarm companies are a rip off. Technology will allow YOU to monitor your own property . add a CHL/CCW and a few Pups, a 12 ga and such and all is better than not.
