I guess Cato missed the proposed 50 cent per gallon global whoring tax McCain wants to slap on us...

and don't forget your utility bills will also go up 20% due to cap and trade tax.

Simple Facts:
McCain voted to give illegals social security. He routinely cusses out his fellow senators. He imploded last time he ran and nearly bankrupted his campaign this time. How can he be trusted with a budget.

Romney has held every position that there is to be taken and then reversed it. The Dems are praying that he gets the nom. He cannot win in the South. He IS the old establishment. America will not accept that in November.

If McCain is nominated he will split votes with his politcal twin Bloomberg and give the win to the Dem.

America wants change. Grumpy or elitest candidates will not cut it in the general election. Huckabee appears to be the only option. He is more conservative than the other two and has some charm. The Dems will nominate a Senator obviously and you do not want to run a senator against another senator. We need a Governor.

"McCain once said “each and every one of us has a duty to serve a cause greater than our own self-interest.” "McCain believes that cause to be the good of the collective..."

Comrads, I think that pretty well covers it."

I can spot a Marxist from a mile away.I'd bet a liberal's house that McCain is a Marxist/Communist. That's why he is hell bent on importing 100 million illegals to vote for democrats/socialism.

My question: Is there any indication that McCain will support the Fairness Doctrine?

Huckabee? I wish he did not support releasing 1100 convicted criminals out of prison. I wish he did not support tax payer subsidy to pay college tuition for illegals. I wish he did not propose building Mexican consulate in Arkansas at Tax payer expense. I wish he did not increase taxes in Arkansas by half a Billion which is a lot for a poor and small state. I wish he would not wear his religion on his sleeve. I wish he did not accuse GW Bush of bunker mentality. I wish he did not remove $70,000 worth of furniture from the governor’s mansion upon moving out.

Other than Huckabee is a fine politician.

People bashing Republicans in Freerepublic instead of Hillary Marxist Clinton, I wonder why?

Exposing Hillary’s Illegalities In Los Angeles Court To Begin Feb. 21!
The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project will shortly launch its fundraising drive to raise $500,000 to support the most important citizen’s legal initiative of 2008. The landmark civil fraud suit of Paul v Clinton et al which the California Supreme Court ordered to proceed against the Clintons, Grammys Producer Gary Smith and Clinton agent Jim Levin, will be set for trial and a discovery schedule at a special conference to be held in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 21, 2008.

The first law suit in American history to bring a President and a Senator to court for defrauding the Senator’s largest campaign donor and his public company will be set for trial and discovery at the Case Management Conference before Judge Munoz. Discovery and depositions of key witnesses, including the Clinton family, Al Gore, Ed Rendell, Terry McAuliffe, Harold Ickes, Howard Wolfson, Kelly Craighead, Barbara Streisand, Brad Pitt, Larry King, Mike Wallace among an array of political and entertainment leaders, will present an inside look at a culture of corruption that will shock the public.

Link to the above, My so called Fellow Freepers. Alittle more on Hillary and a little less on our own candidates would be a little more productive.

Another group of non-conservatives (libertarians) who just don’t get the fact that John McCain has been operating as a fifth column, within the Republican party for the express purpose of marginalizing the grass roots conservatives and President Bush. Yes, McCain is mouthing the right words, now, but he has not explained or apologized for his previous actions, like blocking the rule change which would have enabled the appointment of conservative judges.

When McCain admits that his actions were vindictive and apologizes, maybe I will consider voting for him.

McCain-Feingold certainly qualifies. Both it and the Fairness Doctrine are attempts to repeal the First Amendment.

McCain’s reckless attitude towards the First Amendment may reveal his attitude towards the Constitution. This is very scary.

I guess Cato missed the proposed 50 cent per gallon global whoring tax McCain wants to slap on us...

Cato also missed the fact that they are a 501c(3) tax-exempt corporation. CORPORATE WELFARE!

The big "non-profit" welfare recipients.

Simple Fact:

America’s biggest problem right now is ECONOMY!
McCain is a Neanderthal on economy. Romney made
an excellent living by turning failing companies around
for 25 years.
