Romney made an excellent living by turning failing companies around for 25 years.

And to think he did it without ever getting a government check!!!

I love to throw that in people's faces!

I hate it when somebody tries to tell me these politicians on the government payroll know how to create jobs.

Romney is the only one of them who could make it in the real world. The rest of them NEED the teat of government to get paid.

John McCain has promised us More Wars and Less Jobs.

Less jobs? I'd be more worried if he said he could promise more jobs. Background on that.

Who is voting for this man?

If he's the nominee, I'm going to. In fact, given the other three choices in the primaries, it's McCain for me by default.

From a poster at Blackfive Blog: Do you have any idea what this man has done to stonewall, deter and in some cases deny POW/MIA families access to documents that could hold answers to the fate of their loved ones? I think McCain has long out-played his “I’m a former POW” card.

Have you taken the time to read the transcripts from the 1992 Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs and read firsthand how he insulted, interrupted and impeded testimony from those that did not agree with his position on the issue? He brought the sister of a missing USAF pilot to tears during the hearings. He has ignored families asking him for help and even yelled at them in the halls of the Senate, and much more.

Here is a link to the official record of that committee: Scroll down and click on the hearings link. It is all there in black and white.

http://lcweb2.loc.gov/frd/pow/senate_house/investigation_S.html

He has gutted legislation that POW/MIA Families fought like hell for so that future generations of military families would not have to endure what they had to (That meant your family, Jim) - McCain saw to it that those bills were rewritten to be barely worth the paper they were written on.

Google the Missing Service Personnel Act and read how McCain took the teeth out of this legislation as well as The Truth Bill which later became known as The McCain Bill after he tore it apart. The families wanted the decision regarding a potential captive/MIA American soldier made by the commanders on the ground, McCain saw to it that it got filtered through the politicos in DC and lost time in the process.

You may also want to google the name Carol Hrdlicka and her husband David Hrdlicka. He was photographed in captivity, was made to make audio recordings and had a live sighting in the early 1980’s. He was obviously never returned at Operation Homecoming like McCain, the son and grandson of two high ranking Naval Officers. Do you remember the CCR song, Fortunate Son?

I could explain all of this to you but I want you to find the evidence yourself and make your own decision.

One final thought - if POW/MIA Families don’t support John McCain - What does that say about John McCain? It is the measure of the man, Jim. It’s the measure of the man.

John McCain said he does not know about the Economy and he does not care about Social Issues.

He made those statements directly to reporters and you can google them to learn more.

It is obvious he is fighting to beat his ADMIRAL father and become Commander in Chief.

That kind of man is dangerous and I wish you would give this more thought.

My question: Is there any indication that McCain will support the Fairness Doctrine?

I’m sure McCain will support the Fairness Doctrine. He’s a Marxist. They can’t stand truth and freedom of speech.
