Today DeMint has took up the fight against the city of Berkeley, CA. The Berkeley City Council voted last week to tell a Marine Corps recruiting station that it is not welcome in the city, and if recruiters choose to stay, they do so as uninvited and unwelcome intruders.

Good for him, I hope he’s successful. At least there is one senator with honor!
Thank you, Sen. DeMint!

we should let him know we’re behind him - others will fall in line if they see him getting a lot of support
Jim DeMint ain’t no stinkin’ ballerina!
Anyone know if any of the Berkley plage rats have reponded to DeMints’ efforts, or the general backlash against their un-american acts?
Jim Demint for Vice Pres!
Yes, I am pleased that he's my senator (now if we could just get rid of the other one ).
DeMint has been a supporter of Romney for a while; did commercials and such for him here.
I LOVE this guy - I wonderful which branch AIRBORNE he's in/from?
Go AIRBORNE!
The liberal protesters are terrified! They just aren’t used to being called on their $hit like that. They are so accustomed to fawning television coverage and people supporting them that they don’t know what to do when faced with a real American.
Major bumpage for Senator DeMint.
As a recovering Berkeley radical, I can tell you there’s one these guys in Berkeley know how to do, it’s get publicity. Demint and other conservatives have fallen into their trap.
And we are forced to use paypal and donate to sign this petition? What the heck is up with that!
The petition I linked to?! Huh?
