I agree. More states should assert their rights like this. States that protect their citizenry become a more desireable place to live, thereby creating growth and prosperity.

I'm happy for the bill but the government will always declare it can be overridden on a national security basis or similar.

When they try to confiscate guns, the government becomes every bit the enemy of the people as the worst terrorist.
