3 war opponents chain selves to door of recruiting station, and right-wing blogosphere goes ballistic
Video Shows Confrontation as Cops Remain Neutral
Were trying to remain neutral as possible.
Yes you guessed it, were NOT NEUTRAL and lean more towards ballistic.

I didn’t find a thread on it, so posted one here.
Mtn G-pa, here’s a thread about your trip!
It’s great you guys are joining Move America Forward again to help support our Great Troops!
Thanks, and see you soon!
I can’t make the trip, but I could send a small check if that would help. Where could I send it?
We, the undersigned condemn the Berkeley City Councils treasonous attack on US Marine Recruiters stationed in their city. We ask that Congress cut off funds from any and all municipal entity within the confines of the city of Berkeley, California, until such time as the city council withdraws its action.
The City Council has voted to tell the Marines their downtown recruiting station is not welcome and if recruiters choose to stay, they do so as uninvited and unwelcome guests.
The measure passed last week by a vote of 8-1.
The council also voted to explore enforcing a city anti-discrimination law, focusing on the militarys dont ask, dont tell policy.
In a separate item, the council voted, also 8-1, to give the Marxist protest group Code Pink a parking space in front of the recruiting office once a week for six months and a free sound permit for protesting once a week.
If you wish to, please share with your friends or e-mail to your address books
Bumping your thread. This was the demonstration on October 17th, and I think there was still room on the street for a few hundred more patriots. The Berkeley council has cursed the wind, now they may curse the whirlwind.
I’ll call a GOE friend in Colorado tomorrow and let you know.
It might be later there then it is here in California Normal Time
Believe me, there will be enough room for all the True Blue Patriotic Americans that show up.
That picture is the area in front of the Marine Recruiting Office, the City Council office is in another area, 2134 MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. WAY. There is a big park across from it. Ironically named Martin Luther King Jr Park.
Thank you! I’ll get it right out.
I’ll be driving over on Tuesday afternoon.
Looking forward to seein’ y’all again.
Great Dave, glad you can make it!
Have a safe trip.
Have 2 sons that were Marines, wish I could join you guys.
