Read somewhere that there will be a run off between Huckabee and McCain since neither one reached 50%. Anyone else here this?
There are no runoffs in presidential primaries. Since the winner did not get at least 50%, in accordance with the rules in Louisiana, the delegates will go to the convention uncommitted. Seems like they would award them proportionally, but not the case.
