I hate to be the guy who raises horrible possibilities because Cassandras always get the worst of it, but ever think that she might get the VP slot?
I mention it because the front-runner is very close to her philosophically, they’ve both been friends in the Senate, and both have been well known to be vicious, merciless, and honorless political creatures.
Let’s both hope, though, that McCain passes her over for the VP slot.
In my opinion, if Hillary gets the nomination she almost certainly has to choose Obama, since she’d piss off too many of his supporters if she didn’t. And he would take it. He’s young enough for VP to be good advancement for him.
But if Obama wins, I don’t think he would want her, I’m not sure she would want the VP slot, and I’m pretty sure that she wouldn’t help him on the ticket. The dynamic will be way different if Obama is the winner. I think he’s going to want a white or Hispanic male on the ticket with him, and if he chooses a white male then it has to be an actual male, which leaves out Little Miss Prissy Edwards.
Maybe that fool Clark. Obama is just enough of a fool to like him.
Or that dingleberry Richardson. Obama is just enough of a clown to see gravitas in Richardson.
