I'll take it, but their definition of rebate is incorrect:
People earning at least $3,000 and those who owe little or no taxes would get $300 for singles, $600 for couples.
A rebate is an amount paid by way of reduction, return, or refund on what has already been paid or contributed.
And btw, I've heard many, that are expecting this "rebate", are planning on saving it, not spending it, as am I.

If we get a rebate...and I don’t think we will..it’ll be used to pay quaterly estimated taxes.
