Time to Stop griping about McCain and start working to defeat the 'Rats
2/13/08 | Self

Posted on 02/13/2008 3:08:13 PM PST by Blood of Tyrants

Face it. It is all but inevitable that McCain win the race for the GOP presidential nominee. Get over it. McCain will be the GOP nominee.

The time for divisive talk about how much you hate McCain for screwing the conservatives and how he is a RINO and his other faults is over. WE are doing NO ONE any good by continuing to publicly air our grievances about him. I know, I have done my share. I don't like him one bit, but he will be a far better president than either of the two 'Rats.

With the atmosphere as anti-McCain as it is, it would not be hard for a liberal posing as another McCain hater to sneak in and keep throwing rocks at that hornet's nest. So let's tone down the rhetoric and the vitriol aimed at him and TRY to find a common ground with him.

McCain, we can hope to influence and guide. Obama and Hitlery will absolutely NOT listen or compromise on any conservative issue.

We know that there is absolutely no way that the 'Rats will make the Bust tax cuts permanent if there is a 'Rat in the WH.

We KNOW that any Supreme Court judge who retires or dies will immediately be replaces with a pro-abortion, anti-gun, anti-freedom liberal; probably from the 9th Circus.

We KNOW that there will be nothing but pure amnesty and absolutely no border enforcement if a 'Rat gets the WH. The 'Rats NEED poor, uneducated, miserable people to advance their socialist agenda.

It is time to stop bickering and hating McCain and stop the postings about how you will sit home and watch Obama or Hitlery become the next president. That is worse than stupidity. It is admitting defeat and quitting.

And I for one will not give up and pout at my home on election day.

So here it is:

McCAIN FOR PRESIDENT!

Change the primary rules. Get rid of winner take all voting, don’t compress the primary schedule, and restrict primary voting to registered Reps. If we do that, we will have a party nominee who will have the support of most of our party. Prior to yesterday’s voting, McCain had won only 31% of the total primary vote and had become the “presumptive” nominee of the party.

McWhacked will not nominate any judges that are offensive to his Democrat buddies.

On the other hand, if you think the Liberal McVain, who happens to have an R after his name is going to start doing things to please conservatives, then with all due respect sir, you are on drugs.

How can we look ourselves in the mirror if we allow the most Liberal Senator to become CINC?

I have no love for Mad John, I do love America, and in good conscience who can sit back in Nov and allow America to lose?

The post just above yours had a FReeper telling me to STFU. I thought I would shotgun the posts instead of answering them individually.

McLame has done NOTHING positive for either the Republican party or Conservatives in general for at least the last 10 years - why do you think he'd start now?

Good point, Gunny.

“pinko followers”

What a nitwit. A vote for McCain is a vote for a commie? Get real.

I have a feeling that Obama will slaughter McCain in a one on one debate. That aside, if McCain gives 20 million illegals amnesty and the right to vote, that will be the end of the GOP. The end.

So what do you have to say to that?

McStain will get my vote when Hell freezes over.

It’s Constitution Party for me - my first time not voting for the GOP nominee.

Maybe you should post your message in an email to the GOP headquarters. I think they forgot we’re in an election year. Comparing the two party websites. While the democrats have been running against republicans and McCain via their website, you would think that we are in an off election year looking at the republican website. Somebody needs to lose their job at the GOP headquarters.

That's your choice, fine. But I'm not drinking RINO arsenic "because it'll kill me slower than 'Rat cyanide" any longer.

I'm a conservative, not a Republican. I won't vote for an unstable Benedict Arnold. McCain will have to win without my vote.

This is the man John McCain chose to be his "Hispanic Outreach Director." Hernandez is a certified traitor. Born in Dallas, he decided as an adult to become a dual-national Mexican citizen. His last "real" job was serving on Mexican President Vicente Fox's cabinet as his "American Reconquista Director." After that gig ran out, he worked (sic) for George Soros funded internationalist foundations, like the one that published his new book.

The "New American Pioneers" proclaimed in his book are the illegal alien invaders he urges to become settlers in the USA. Hernandez believes all Mexicans and Mexican-Americans in the USA should become dual citizens and consider themselves Mexicans first, "to the 8th generation." He believes there should be no border at all between Mexico and the USA, ever.

And this is the man McCain chose for his "Hispanic Outreach Director." In the past week McCain was asked about this choice, and he said he chose Hernandez because he agrees with his positions. If so, McCain is supporting invasion and reconquista.

Then I read our Constitution, Article 4 Section 4, where it says the federal government MUST protect the states from invasion, and I can only conclude one thing: John McCain is our new Benedict Arnold.

"In his own words: McCain’s radical Hispanic outreach director Juan Hernandez on youtube"

I agree, but I’m sure there are a lot of people around here who would rather act like spoiled children and run home when they don’t get their own way.

I wonder how long Free Republic will last in a world where the administration is run by frothing at the mouth rabid liberal beasts who have sworn that they will do anything from now on to prevent the evil conservatives from ever gaining power again.

This isn't a GOP site, it's a conservative site.

And if you really want an answer to your question, remind yourself of who was leading the Executive branch when FR was launched. Yeesh!

Carter-Ford led to the Reagan Revolution.

Ford-Dole RINOs are a doomed breed.

I’ll never vote for an open borders traitor. Not Clinton, Obama, or McCain.
