I’ll tell you what, and I really hope it doesn’t get me banned, but a friend of mine (a Ron Paul supporter, go figure lol) had me watch an Alex Jones movie the other day. Now I’ll admit, I’ve seen some of the 9/11 stuff the guy has done and that pretty much made me write off what he says as typical nutcasery. He’ll be dead on with a few things, then go off the deep end. But this film was really good, about “them” planning to kill most of us off to establish global socialism and a utopia on Earth. I’m sure it’s more theatrical than reality, but alot of it checked out. Socialism always leads to totalitarianism, without fail. Communism, national socialism, Maoism, Cuba, on and on and on.
But hey, it’s not like we’d ever let the central government take total control here right? /s

>> No, we need to euthanize 80% of the worlds population.
I think the problem is largely DUE to Youth In Asia.

Can the world afford a growing middle class?
What a stupid question. We cannot afford to not have a growing middle class.

I wonder why you posted this article. That's what people do here. They post articles. Some of us read them. It's pretty simple really. So, . . . any hard questions?

Socialism always leads to totalitarianism, without fail. Communism, national socialism, Maoism, Cuba, on and on and on. The Greens are actually more terrifying. All the others killed off perceived or even actual enemies. But the radical Greens see humanity itself as the enemy.

The Greens themselves are uber-socialists though. I view socialism/statism as cancer. Communism, Maoism, Trotskyism, liberalism, Marxism, Nazism, ect right on down the line are just variants of the disease like lung cancer, throat cancer, ect. It’s all about eugenics with these people, going back almost 150 years. Mein Kampf is a fascinating read, because Hitler literally praises the US for their “genetic extermination techniques.” These are some sick, sick people. Their motto should be “Save the whales, pave the people.”

...and that, in a nutshell, is why we have the second amendment.

You have the liberal mindset down. They want everyone poor and miserable except themselves, of course. Witness the screaming from the left when that low cost car was introduced in India. How DARE the little people be able to get from place to place and hurt mother earth.

And all this time I thought ethanol was the culprit.

They neglect to mention that as the middle class grows, birth rates drop.

Can the world afford a growing middle class? Considering that by 2030, China's CO2 emissions may equal that of the entire world today I would say that the answer is a big no.
To: Lorianne
Bring back communism! That’ll stop all this prosperity!

I think that you just quoted the Sierra Club and Green Peace standard brochure.
