Gee... what was their first clue... HIV = gays and bisexuals and the unfortunate women who happen to have sex with those pigs and the unfortunate men who happen to have sex with the sluts who have sex with the bisexual pigs.
Incurable staff infection that surfaced in fall 2007 is also a gay disease.

Specifically, a gay male disease. Not too much disease in the lesbian community, unless there is other risky behaviour such as drug use.

it’s nice to at least see some intellectual honesty about how AIDS is spread and who is most at risk. Usually political correctness wins out with these discussions.

A couple of gay people of conscience were excoriated early on in the epidemic for suggesting what they all knew was true. It was detailed in Gary Shilts' And The Band Played On. One reason some of the activists became so shrill about Reagan was their own blame in enabling the disease to take hold and achieve epidemic status. Even now it's something that Dare Not Speak Its Name.
