While we disagree with Huckabee on many issues, we appreciate his skepticism regarding the GOP's misguided approaches to taxes, trade and a host of other economic issues.

He's welcome in Madison, as are any other Republican contenders who might want to visit. But, more than that, he's got a message -- at least when it comes to economics -- that makes sense to Madisonians who know the approaches of the Bush-Cheney administration and their Republican allies in Congress have failed.

Nuff' said. Huckabee's liberal vanity tour continues.

Some fallacies are too obvious to resist, alright. Just like a mudhole that just begs the willing to jump.

And now, let us all study the term "republican" and ponder whether it denotes power beind disposed by ruling classes, or some kind of consideration for each individual and their coming together for the opportunity of all.

IOW, try again, cheap shooter.

Huckabee’s approach to taxes is the Fair Tax which taxes wealth instead of productivity. Its very conservative and is great for the average American. Just because He is winning over Dims like Reagan did, doesn’t make him liberal.
