In a surprise move, former President Bill Clinton has endorsed Barack Obama. This event follows a month of speculation that Bill Clinton was going to jump ship. Last week, the former president addressed those rumors. Quote:
"I will not endorse that candidate, Mr Obama. Those allegations are false. Now I have to get back to work on Hillary's campaign."
Hillary Clinton personally addressed this issue as well. Quote
"This is part of a vast right wing conspiracy to make me look bad. Bill has promised me that he will remain loyal to me"
Hillary Clinton campaign spokesman Craig Livingstone called the move "A small ripple in a big sandbox" and asked the American people to "just move on". He also added this quote:
"He was a bit player in our campaign. Now if that Muslim chick left, we would really be in trouble because she is like a size 3".
The Obama campaign has been silent on the recent change but an unnamed source within the Obama campaign has denied any knowledge of the change and added "Great. First the Muslim thing and now this. That old dog better keep his hands to himself. We can't have old Peter Fondler hanging around, harassing the help". Political pundit James Carville had this exchange with Chris Matthews:
Carville: This is devastating to the campaign Matthews: Hillary's or Barack's? Carville: I'm not really sure at this point Matthews: Barack makes my liver quiver. Carville: You said that about Hillary. Matthews: Are you calling me a political whore for the Democrats? I'm a free man. Carville: Who ever heard of a free whore?
In another surprise move, John McCain has asked Senator John Edwards to join his campaign, a move that CNN called "an attempt to reach out to conservatives". Edwards has not responded but sources close to him say he is reluctant to join McCain because he is "icky". Conservative pundit Sean Hannity called this move "A solid choice we can all rally behind" which is also what Hannity said about McCain's previous choices of Lincoln Chaffee, Pete Stark and Carmelo Soprano.
Try this again
Carville: This is devastating to the campaign
Matthews: Hillary’s or Barack’s?
Carville: I’m not really sure at this point
Matthews: Barack makes my liver quiver.
Carville: You said that about Hillary.
Matthews: Are you calling me a political whore for the Democrats? I’m a free man.
Carville: Who ever heard of a free whore?
Hell, you should have known that was a lie when Monica came along.
BTTT 4 laffs!
O’bama probably gives him better Lewinskys.
I was thinking Obama would name Bill his VP.
Funny as all gitout bump
There aren't many left who even remember good old Craig Livingstone. Even fewer remember who hired him the first place.
I can see Bill jumping ship. Obama makes liberal white men jumpy in their loins.
This may not be as far-fetched as anything that may come along in reality.
To be sure, President Hussein could be sure of more loyalty from the “Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001” than Herself, the Cold and Joyless, would have any right to expect. And there is also the possibility of being appointed to high political position, say Ambassador to the UN, or a Cabinet position, that could not be done if Herself were to be the anointed Queen of the American Hegemony. After all, even Joe Stalin had to respect public opinion just a little bit.
“old Peter Fondler”
giggle!
The best thing that could happen to Hillary’s campaign would be to have Bill start campaigning for Obama.
Bill later said Hillary’s carping was just a “fairy tale.”
"Wall, shut mah mouth. I's gwoin ta git Wild Bill Hickock ta ride ta mah resque."
