I tried to open it with Firefox. Then went to IE (&%&^%$) and:
(Requires Windows Media Player
Got in then.

That may be your browser.
The player opens in an IE based browser I use, but not in Firefox.
I changed Firefox to an IE Tab extension, and the player opened.
