This is nothing short of incredible. While Bush et al are saying at the UN that this Will not cause separatist movements around the world, Abkhazia and South Ossetia have already announced their intentions to seek the same privileges given to Kosovo.
It reminds me of the Iranian prez's public hallucinations.
