I see a lot on the pro 2nd efforts in this USSC case yet due my surfing habits don’t know what effort is against it. Anyone know what the balance of effort is to destroy or revive the 2nd is ?
I guess I can suit up and dwell in the gun grabbers web site to see for myself but if anyone can shine a little light on that subject I would be grateful !

A reporter from WLS-AM (Jim Johnson) asked 'Da Mare', 'Oh really, which ones?' Dumba$$ Daley hemmed and hawed (he doesn't like being confronted by the Chi MSM) then blurted out .... "Uh... my One Gun a Month plan."
Well, the 'Da Mare' forgot (or disregarded to push his gun grabbing bs) that the shooter not only purchased his Shotgun and Glock on the same day, but previously purchased his OTHER handguns.
So the guy wouldn't have had the Glock under Daley's maaaaaaaaaahvelous plan but still would have had his other handguns and the shotgun, and the shooting would have occurred anyway.
These gun grabbers are all the same (hi Rudy), they'll disregard all the facts, logic and outright lie, all in order to reach their goal to disarm everyone.
I got through about half of D.C.'s brief. From other comments that I have read, it's a rehash of all the baloney that we've been hearing since the 1960s.

D.C. is the petitioner. They even cited Kellermann et al., Gun Ownership as a Risk Factor for Homicide in the Home, 329 New Eng. J. Med. 1084 (1993).
Those pushing for more victim disarmament laws should be charged with "accessory to murder".
