In this case I would be willing to forgo the death penalty as long as they have to stay with the general prison population for life.

Words fail me Same here. How anyone can visit such evil upon such a defenseless creature that wants nothing more than love, food and tender comfort. Sickens me that these monsters still walk the earth.

Didn’t Illinois put their death penalty on ice?
These sorry pukes should spent eternity in solitary confinement.

Given the nature of their crime, I can’t begin to think of a punishment that might qualify as cruel or unusual. Personally, I’d begin with some barbed wire, rock salt and battery acid.

I have an idea, lets get two adult sized car seats and strap these two morons in them and leave them in the middle of death valley. This story just breaks my heart, it is absolutely horrid. I mean, how many people out there would have gladly adopted this baby.
To: Kaslin
How could they so totally ignore this child? Could they not hear that baby crying?

I’d like to see these two animals receive the death penalty for this crime. I have a nine month old who is the light of my life, I cannot imagine how someone could be so cruel and heartless to something as innocent and precious as a baby.

During the eight days the baby was strapped in the seat, both Hermann and Sargent were home, "playing video games, watching TV, feeding and caring for themselves," Lyons said.
Everything I have wanted to type had to be self-censored.
