Still though, the American people cannot fathom philosophy: they vote according to “feelings”, the “subjective”, “hunches”, name ID, celebrity status. They just aren’t much capable of self-government.

Of course, the Pub purists will have to come out and vote or the real Messiah of socialist pacifism will win and we will not see a conservative Prez or Congress in our lifetimes.
