Child services is evil. The mistakes they make can NEVER be erased.
Those that made the false claims should be subjected to the same ordeal. Don’t dish it out, if you can’t take it.

Horrible story. The baby/child has been with the foster family for so long now it would be too traumatic to remove him. There’s no way to resolve this now that it’s been so badly mucked up. This kind of thing would make me avoid taking my child to the doctor. I’ve heard of cases where the child has gotten a bruise or cut or some such at a playground and CPS has completely ruined a family’s life over nothing.
When you’re not accountable, you can do pretty much anything.
Justice is not served until someone ends up in prison over this. Specifically, the bastard social workers.
This is what it is to fight The State.
Imagine having such a battle with a loved one fighting a disease in order to receive medical attention?
