On a technical note, I don’t think small arms caliber is adequate for this kind of target. A rubber 120 mm tank round would be far more effective.
Navy types might favor their 16” battleship gun but Israel has none of those.

From the mark on this cretin’s forehead I think he was the target of one of the lovely fin stabilized 12 gauge rubber bullets now availabe to law enforcement. From what I have read about this round the effect is much like getting whacked with a baseball bat wielded by a major league player. They should have used these rounds in one of the new full auto shotguns for a more effective multiple smack. Tee-hee!
