The bottom line is that the people need to wise up to the MAJOR problem of a Supreme Court that is putting special-interest agendas ahead of honest and reasonable interpretations of the Constitution. Bluntly put, the people need to quit sitting on their hands and petition lawmakers, judges and justices who are not upholding their oaths to defend the Constitution, demanding that they resign from their jobs. If they are violating the Constitution, they need to be impeached. It's a tool that is used far too rarely. The laywers protect each other.

this thread was the first thing that came to my mind when I heard the news yesterday.
I told my hubby last night that I probably should not be enjoying somebody else’s scandal as much as I am - except that he was about to bring partial birth abortion to NY.
He also went on a campaign as AG a few years ago against crisis pregnancy centers. He tried to criminalize their efforts to help women choose life.
