... "if Democrats can't landslide the Republicans this year, they ought to just wrap up, close down, emerge in a different form."What if they just merge and become a conglomerate and call themselves "RepublicRATS" or "Demopublicans"?
Wait a minute. Or did they already do that?

I may be very wrong, but I doubt that Ralph Nader draws any more than one-tenth of one percent of the vote.

If Hillary gets handed the Nomination from the Super Delegates, which she will, there will be a lot of pissed off Democrats and they will vote for anyone else...

This time around I think Ralphy-Boy’s impact will be on the scale of a mouse fart. Unless he’s not the only mouse scurrying around in the ballot box.
What other kooky and inconsequential parties and candidates will get themselves on the ballot? If there’s enough of them hailing from either right or left field they might have some collective impact to that side of the field. -Wb

It could certainly be argued that Nader cost Gore the White House in 2000.If all of Nader’s votes in NH had gone to algore he would have won.But that’s not likely to happen this time.

Well I’m not voting for John McCain.
So maybe I’ll vote Nadar ‘08. :D

Let’s just hope no conservative (or libertarian) is stupid enough to pull this little stunt. And if one is that stupid, let’s hope that conservative voters are not stupid enough to waste their vote on him. Remember: we’re smarter than the Left.

Quotes:
Nader:.."if Democrats can't landslide the Republicans this year, they ought to just wrap up, close down, emerge in a different form."
Nader: "Sen. Hillary Clinton...a "political coward."
Nader: "Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., as "the candidate for perpetual war"
Nader: "Washington, D.C., "corporate-occupied territory..."
Nadar: "All the candidates -- McCain, Obama, and Clinton -- are against single payer health insurance, full Medicare for all," ..wanted to take on the "bloated military budget," labor law reform, repealing the Taft-Hartley Act, and corporate crime."
Nadar: "One feels an obligation to try to open the doorways," ... "Dissent is the mother of assent and in that context I have decided to run for president."
Nadar:...(Obama)"the first liberal evangelist in a long time,"... ran a brilliant tactical campaign but.."pro-Palestine when he was in Illinois, before he ran for the state senate and during his state senate" but now "supporting the Israeli destruction" of Gaza.".."(Obama)as someone whose "better instincts and his knowledge have been censored by himself"
Obama: Nader, a "heroic" figure who "has done as much as just about anybody on behalf of consumers." .. a stubborn egomaniac".
Nader:.. those who would argue against his candidacy are displaying "political bigotry" against "all of us that think that the country needs an infusion of freedom, democracy and choice," suggesting they "should just sit on the sidelines and watch the two political parties own all the voters and turn the government over to big business."
