We know less about Senator Obama than about any prospective president in American history. His uplifting rhetoric is empty, as Hillary Clinton helplessly protests. His career bears no trace of his own character, not an article for the Harvard Law Review he edited, or a single piece of legislation. He appears to be an empty vessel filled with the wishful thinking of those around him. But there is a real Barack Obama. No man - least of all one abandoned in infancy by his father - can conceal the imprint of an impassioned mother, or the influence of a brilliant wife...

A cynic might translate the national motto, E pluribus unum, as "something for nothing". Now that the stock market and the housing market have failed to give Americans something for nothing, they want something for nothing from the government. The trouble is that he who gets something for nothing will earn every penny of it, twice over...

I hope you are right, because my nightmare senario goes more like this: Obama wins, but puts H in the position of henchman, where she uses her well-oiled machine to carry out his ideas. Sort of like Hitler and the guy who headed the SS.
It’s interesting that on his website in the disarmament section Obama talks about reducing nukes after making an agreement with Russia, but never mentions China. Either the Boy Wonder doesn’t know that China has nukes, too, or he doesn’t care, for some reason. Things that make you go hmmm...
I don’t think Hillary would be willing to help Obama. If anything, she wants him out of there quickly, so she can have another shot at the Presidency before she’s way too old. I predict she’ll try to undermine his chances of winning, too. That way, McCain wins and she can run again in four years instead of eight.

While driving home this afternoon and listening to Hannity, a caller made an observation about Obama and suggested that his listeners google “Obama and the Euro”. I did this and there is a LOT of information there covering his thoughts on the dollar vs the euro and Euro socialism..he love it. I know this is a bit off the topic but thought it worthwile.
He might pass our secrets to his first cousin in Kenya..Odinga.
