I have the official name of "Pyongyang Patty" for you. She (it) is: Li Chun Hi
or, 리춘희
She started broadcasting for Central Korean TV in 1974. They use her specifically for reports whenever the short, stunted one Chia Pet goes on one of this "inspections" of army units and gives his invariable gifts of rifles and binoculars (which I am sure they have to give right back so he can present to the NEXT KPA detachment due to the shortage of goods up there). (He probably gives them a year supply of tree bark to chew on, in reality.)

She got be her daughter that singer remember if I am correct to Pyonagnang Patty really up there in age can you say Long in Tooth in Korean LOL!
I wonder if she realize Li Chun Hi aka Pyonganang Patty is very popular among Photoshopping Freepers and sad part about it she probably don’t know that that she is very popular among Dead and Monk photoshops
