The Assault on Israel’s Right to Self-Defense was described by Abraham Bell in his article on International Law and Gaza. Dr. Avi Bell is a member of the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University, Visiting Professor at Fordham University Law School, and Director of the International Law Forum at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. He clearly advised that Israel has the right of self defense and described the law as it pertains.
But I was left with some nagging questions. What do the principles and rules he set out mean in practice. I wanted to know if Israel had no choice but to invade or whether it could just use artillery and bombs even unintelligent inexpensive bombs. I fully understood that the siege was legal and so were targeted killings though our "international friends" disagree.
I asked Bruce Tucker Smith, JD, LL.M. (International Law), Lt Col USAFR (ret), the Co-author "Seventh Psalm".
Here is his considered opinion.

Plan of action for Israel:
1) Invade Gaza
2) Load up all pali’s on buses and ship them to the west bank
3) Annex gaza, bulldoze it and rebuild it as Israeli settlements, and part of the nation of Israel
4) give up a similar sized parcel of land in the west bank, along the lebannon border.
5) declare this land the nation of palestine, with all rights and responsiblites of an indepenent nation.
6) If this new, independent nation, decides to launch missiles, it is then considered an attack on an independent nation by an independent nation.
7) Go to UN, bitch a little, and then annihilate the little b@stards in their sleep...
If the pali’s do not want an independent nation, with all the rights AND responsibilites associated with it, then FORCE it on them, and them feel the legal responsibilites that come with it......
If only they had a wing of B-1’s.They could really sweep that place clean.
“BOMB GAZA. WIN THE WAR”
Carpet bomb it into nothingness. Make an example of it. Not one wall left standing.
