Don’t know for sure, but I’d be willing to bet that Dabashi is a Shi’i. Also, he’s an Iranian from the province of Khuzestan, which means that there’s a likelihood that he is an Iranian Arab, which would explain his great sympathy for Palestinians. That’s quite abnormal for a Persian.

“the world will not understand what it means for a Barack Hussein Obama to be this close to be the president of the United States unless and until it can imagine an Armenian becoming the Prime Minister of Turkey...”

In other words Obama is an enemy of the US

“Radical Son” was excellent; Horowitz’ thorough and rational treatment of his subject is effective.

I'll simply repeat your accurate statement to SJackson in this thread: "What a bunch of left wing,...Marxist drivel....

There is no doubt that Horowitz has it right...."
The article at best strained my aching eye balls after a day working on tax forms for me and my family.

You better watch out!!! You're exposing yourself to some pretty radical right wing stuff, there!!! You're liable to get marginalized and Sista Soldged by McCain there yerself!!!

Horowitz was raised by 'em and knows all their commie souls. Watched a program about Woodie Guthrie and Pete Seegur on PBS last night. Even Johnny Cash was all cozied up to Pete Seegur and these guys, Guthrie and Seegur were AVOWED Stalin lovin Commonists and Americans loved 'em anyways because of their "working man" music!!!

ROFL! Nah, McCain only rebukes American conservatives. He gives everyone else a pass.
