Obamamania reaches new heights (or depths) of mindless drivel in this new video out on YouTube. You have to see it, and hear it, to believe it. Yet, it is totally representative of the Obama candidacy - all based on feelings, emotions, and - thin air. You would not normally expect us at Blogs for John McCain to post an Obama video. But this video so clearly reveals the emptiness of his campaign, that I just cannot resist. By November, I do believe this stuff is going to be wearing really thin on the average skeptical American voter. Watch the video here . . .

John McCain will not be able to overcome this. I really hope for Hillary to not only steal the nomination, but to win, and split the liberals for at least the next generation. She will have opposition not only from conservatives, but we will scare the crap out of any remaining RINOs who would vote with her on anything. And she can forget any cooperation from the ultraleft that she screwed over on the way to her Pyrrhic victory.
By the time we come back in 2012 with a real conservative, the country will be ready, possibly with a Republican Congress for that man to lead.

While I hope what you say is true, I don't believe the "average skeptical American voter" is average. The "average" voter is a pack follower - and we have a pack (read "cult") mentality that is totally unskeptical of Obama's claim that unspecified CHANGE is the answer to everything.

It may not come in time. Obama might be our future president. But oh how low the mighty will fall.
It is imperative that Obama be defeated in November. John McCain may not be the 1st Choice of many Republicans, but when compared to the things Obama will do in terms of National Security, Supreme Court appointments, weakening our military, and moving us toward Socialism, he needs the support of every man and woman who loves America. That’s why Fred Thompson urged his supporters to “close ranks behind John McCain,” because the future of our nation is at stake.
I read somewhere that there was this kind of drivel among the young in 1940 for Wendell Willkie. Didn’t work out then, but Oprah’s Obama is no Wendell Willkie. He probably has never heard of Wendell Willkie, like most Americans.
Oprah’s Obama may never fall, as his supporters will “keep the faith” no matter what. Besides, a lot of American secretly sympathized with the Soviet Union in the Cold War.
