Morons cant even tell the difference between a fence and a wall and we are supposed to take them seriously? The sad thing is I come across some empty headed fools out there that do think it’s a wall and don't know the difference between an illegal and an immigrant.
The fence can be right by the river and the wall a bit further back. That way the wall can provide a platform for “equipment.”
