All Venezeuala or Equador will ever be able to muster is some cross border raids anyway. Bogota is deep within Columbia (so much for seizing the capital) but Quito and Caracas are exposed.

Colombia's armed forces are at war, blooded...
and trained to shoot to kill. Chavez and Uribe's troops wouldn't have a chance, but I doubt it will come to that. Hugo and Alvaro are idiots, but surely they are not fools, too!
