NY police officers constantly say on their “rant” website that there is much more crime in New York City than is being reported. They say that the computer system, Compstat, is a problem because if the crime numbers in a precinct go up, the Commander of the precinct is called in to explain why. Therefore, the police say, crimes are being downgraded, robbery becomes lost property, grand larceny becomes petit larceny, etc.
You can all be assured that this increase in crime is due to Third World immigration.

That's sad. What's happened to my beloved Indianapolis? Oh, right, they had a democrat mayor for the last 2 terms.
Massachusetts town with one murder in 30 years with a constant population about 25,000.
They’ve had 6 times the rape rate of NYC for a few years now. And most of the rapes attributed to muslims.
Muslims? Surely you jest?
When did you live there?
You mean the MUSLIMS?
Legal immigration I might add.
New Hampshire's boating crash statistics are way down.
Do you suppose it's because the collision loss now has to exceed $2000 instead of the former $500?
That was the situation in New York when ol' John Vliet Lindsay became mayor. Silk Stocking John did at least one good thing when he changed the system away from grading precinct commanders on the basis of crime statistics.
Love the knee-jerk, almost automatic jump to this conclusion, despite the fact that IN the article it says that the majority of problems are being caused by immigrants from Eastern Europe.
"The UN definition considers Eastern Europe to consist of the following ten countries: Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia (a transcontinental country), Slovakia, Ukraine."
from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Europe
I don't think you can name a place with more immigrants than NYC (including from 3rd world countries), and the whole point of the article is that statistically, Oslo is four times more violent than NYC. Immigration is obviously the issue, but not in the way you're trying to portray it to be.
Places in my travels that were the worst:
New Orleans before Katrina - lots and lots of automatic gunfire, drug deals in plain view of the cops in broad daylight. Now, post-Katriana, I won't go back, period.
Winston Salem, NC - constant automatic gunfire in certain areas near the "projects"
Baton Rouge, LA - had cement blocks thrown at our trucks and my entire crew was accosted by a prostitute that was whacked out of her mind on drugs. She wandered up on the job site on the LSU campus brandishing a gun and demanding we buy her "services"
Gary, IN, - where I saw numerous vehicles robbed at gunpoint in broad daylight while stopped in bumper to bumper traffic on the interstate
Los Angeles, CA, where we had two tower guys get shot at while on the tower.
Detroit, MI, - where we had a shotgun shooting/murder 1 block from where we were working
Memphis, TN - Not enough space here to detail what we saw in Memphis. Definitely one town I never, ever want to visit again.
There are others, but these were the worst I saw in the US in my 18 years on the road. I've been to several third world countries that weren't as bad as these cities right here in the good 'ole USA.
Sure, “East Europeans”. That will keep him out of trouble. Imagine the riots in the streets if he says who is really committing the crime.
Isn’t Norway the country in which convicted criminals have the option of not going to jail if they don’t want to?
“I could almost state with certainty that your town has a higher crime rate per capita than NYC.
Give me the name of your city and state and Ill crunch the numbers for you.”
LOL, Hawley,TX
Try reading the link I provided. I’m sure the Oslo police are threatened with job termination if the name the real problem just like the cops here.
Just like all the Islamist oil countries, the producers and the bribed.
It’s the immigration, stupid.
