Again, SIGH.... You are talking about a VERY small number of people. I see perfectly normal people all day who just stuff their faces with junk. No medical issue other than not giving a damn.
OF COURSE, I would consider a real medical issue to be a valid reason.... geeeeezzzz. But that is NOT what I have been addressing.
But we’ve gotten to the root of it (and understand, I’m either around very sick folks or dance types).
I agree with the others...she sounds depressed. What is her family hx like? I mean, hx of neglect, abuse, depression, suicide and what illnesses?
