She is on the fast track to some kind of massive medical problem. He’s tried everything.... I’m not sure there is much left. I’m more worried about him actually though. He’s become the victim of her issues.
I’ll go back to the ages of the children. If the youngest is still in infancy, it could be a post partum depression. For alot of women, their yearly gyne appointment is their only medical care. Ob/gyns are trained in defining PP and clinical depression. Regulating her brain chemistry could go along way to treating her other problems.
