That can't possibly be true of the normal sources of Omega-3s in fish, which are sardines, salmon, and mackerel.

For most all other fish, that could be true, including shellfish. However, these are never stated to be Omega-3 sources.

It most cerrtainly is true, but only if the animals are grazed, and not fed any grain.

Actually, as to the fish, they only have significant levels if they are taken wild in deep arctic waters.
