No Plans for (Pastor) Wright to step Down

The Obama campaign says they have no plans to ask the Rev. Jeremiah Wright to step down from a campaign spiritual advisory committee. They're stressing that this committee -- the African American Religious Leadership Committee -- was a laundry list of people associated with the campaign and didn't really do anything. The group never actually met.
They say Wright has no formal role on the campaign (unlike some others on this committe who do have a formal role in faith-based outreach). They say he was included mostly out of respect to his long relationship with Obama.
Aides say he was not present during the Christmas 2007 sermon or the post-Sept. 11 sermon. They weren't sure about some of the others in question, are not sure when the last time the two spoke, and they stressed they don't speak frequently.

Of course not. They are in 100% agreement with his spiritual advice and positions. You can bet on it.

They "didn't really do anything".. Just like their glorious leader Obama. Complete set of empty suits.

They’re going to ride this thing out? They can’t be serious. Even the DUers are apoplectic. They have to throw uncle Jeremiah under the bus.

Whoa...
Obama really doesn’t get it..that’s the MOST disturbing part of this entire situation. Apparently this is SOP in his world and he doesn’t see what all the fuss is about.
Just switched on the TV- MSNBC saying they will have a statement from Obama in a minute about the issue..

When Osbama moved to Chicago his wife was born and raised there and I’m sure that she steered him to this church since it is attended by many prominent black people in the district where he ran for office. There are a lot of blacks there who agree with Wright and talk the same way.
Osbama got where he was in Illinois with their support and he can’t throw them under the bus.
But he will try to talk his way out of it..but he will never foresake these people.

"What about the scum congregation? They need to be confronted." Indeed. When I first heard the tapes of the good *reverend*, his spew was sort of what I expected and kind of amusing as I pictured him in my mind, engaged in his frenzied rant. What caught me off guard was the cheer, applause and adulation from the crowd...that was downright scary in a mass hypnosis kind of way.

LOL...okay...but Oprah didn’t become ‘Oprah’ by dissing (or pi$$ing off) her largely white audience. I think maybe Team Oprah said, nope not gonna go there (and affect her ratings or her megla deal w/King World). No. I think Ms. Winfrey is much, much smarter than the average Presidential candidate.

Partially. TEAMOBAMA has been whipping up the Black frenzy in the event of Hillary stealing the nomination.

Sure, like Obama, he didn’t really “do” anything. And praise the Lord for that! Because it’s what he SAID that worries me. I shudder to think what he would actually DO. (and in the previous sentence, you can insert Obama or Wright for the “he;” makes no difference to the context).

What's to address?
Hussein is a member of the UnAmerican Democrat Party, a party full of admitted communists and socialists, who work daily to destroy the United States.
Hussein and his congregation stand up and salute this creepy bastard.
