They also sell more tapes and books.
such as Pilgrimage Of A Pastor. I don't know for certain what it all is. But it seems to be an entire collection of sermons, I would assume by Wright, as he just retired from the church. And since Barack views Wright as an uncle and mentor, I would imagine he just might have a copy of this.
The first thing it misses is Senator Obama succeeded in creating a sufficient atmosphere of plausible deniability. What he actually said is summarized: HERE. Further, his demeanor (contrary to most FR comments) was not evasive, but reasonably direct with good eye contact and simple answers not couched in evasiveness.
In this sense, Obama succeeded IMHO in keeping his base. He gave his adversaries plenty of room to criticize, but his job was to blunt the effects of the Wright revelations.
The second thing Powerline missed is something everyone else has missed. Play the Wright tape again. Close your eyes. You here a black, lower class man. Open your eyes and listen again. You see a man barely black who is well educated.
Pastor Wright and Senator Obama are joined in the sense both selected black as their identity and have profited greatly from it. I am sure neither understands this and Obama's supporters will vehemently deny this similarly, but it is obvious and has ramifications as to their "identity politics" that transcends ordinary political belief.
One can run but not hide... both the Dimwits are now exposed for whom they are... question is does America as a whole even care.....
"I Did Not Have Religious Relations With That Reverend, Jeremiah Wright."
Did Obama’s pitiful exuses delivered on Fri evening happen too late for Saturday Night Live to put at the start of their show?
They have a liberal anti-Bush slant to them, but the last two intros have been on the money hilarious about Obama.
Excuse me. I meant excuses.
The jig is up.
I will lose all respect for Jindal if he ties his cart to the Liberal McCain's horse. I personally think its suicide for one of the up and coming conservative stars to link up with McCain. I think McCain has zero chance of winning, I don't want one of our future stars going down in flames with him.
I don't want Jindal or Steele to be associated with him. I would much prefer he pick Graham and take him down with him. if he wants to pick a conservative, which I doubt, let it be one near the end of their career like Duncan or Fred. Either would make fine Veeps and pres if something happens to McCain. I can stomach an older guy, taking one for the party, much better than I could one of our future stars...
Sounds about right.
yes.
I believe Wright retired in Feb? So this may be the new pastors series. Not worth $220 to me.
Apparently Mr. B H Obama has not been a very good parishioner.
Newsmax announced on Fox that they will publish an article Monday showing proof that Obama was in the congregation when Wright was spewing his hatred.
