According to this link, Obama was in Miami on July 22, 2007, speaking to the National Council of La Raza annual conference. This is confirmed by video on Obama's website (just Google "Obama July 22, 2007," and you'll find it - I'd rather not link to his putrid site). I would much rather hit him for his pandering to La Raza than for his association with some kooky preacher.

NewsMax really needs to do a better job of fact checking their stories.
