This Wednesday, 3/19/08, there will be a Code Pink candlelight vigil at the Orange Circle in Orange, CA. We countered them last week, but were outnumbered. WE NEED SOME FREEPER HELP!!
Code Pinko is picketing Wednesday nights at the Orange Circle in Orange. A few of us PGRs have been showing up (not as PGRs, just Americans) to confront and counter protest them. Last week they outnumbered us.
They are supposed to have a candle light vigil next Wednesday, 3-19, and we are planning to oppose them again. Any of you interested please come and FReep the pinko’s vigil...Flags and signs a must. Also a great way to meet some incredible Americans (PGRs). We are planning to be there 5pm until the Pinkos flee.

The D.C. Chapter will be doing our thing at the D.C. recruiter station. The anarchist plan to make it a day in D.C. going around to different places.

You are wasting your time. It is a good thing that we have more than 30 of us that will show up. No one from this board will show up. We are the only ones that will show. Mostly vets that have defended the USA with their lives who once again need to defend their country and brothers.
The keyboard warriors are too busy solving the worlds problems via the keyboard, to stand a couple of hrs on a street. Its too beneath them.
Too busy singing praises’ of vets who attend funerals to show respect and shield families from these people. But wont do anything to visible show support.
Too busy singing praises of other Freepers who actually do something to get off their buts and join them.
Too busy telling other people what they should do (“someone should …..,someone should…..”) from the comfort of the chair behind their keyboard.
It doesn’t matter that with even 10 of us against 20 of them there is absolute physical safety.
Won’t matter that these very same people attempted to disrupt a funeral for Brandon Meyer, which was reported in the Orange Co Register.
Won’t matter that these very same people gave over $600,000 to the insurgents.
Won’t matter that these people are attempting to shut down military recruiting offices.
Won’t matter that the leadership of these people were trained in Cuba in the 60’s-70’s and were the ones that spit on the returning troops.
Am I angry? You bet I am. Four years ago only one Freeper showed up to support a Blue Star mom. Look at WR, Onley, Ft Carlson, Fresno, and Ft Lewis only the same hand full of Freepers do anything. What Freeper was at Berkely?
I am going to prove my point.
If any of you are going to help the vets in Orange this Wed. cheek in and id yourselves.
Bet you any thing it will be the sound of crickets’.
By the way, several scenes in the movie The Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956) were filmed at the Orange Circle.

You are right; we were out numbered about 2-1. However, you do realize that we did successfully meet our main objective and mostly completed another objective.
Man, I’m in Texas and if it wasn’t so far and gas so high I’d come running.
As a form of “counter protest” might I suggest you take flashlights to shine on the code pinkos so they can see that they are standing on soil that has been paid for by the blood of Patriots, to know that being able to stand on that ground and spout their garbage is a right Won by generations of Men and Women that were willing to die so that they could keep that right (and of course to help them see where they are going so they won’t fall down and get an ouchie).

I just want to encourage those who can, to come on down and help us stand up for the American way of life. It's also a great way to meet some truly great Americans.
BTW, just so everyone knows, this is NOT a PGR event—we are there as private citizens ONLY. The PGR is ASIDUOUSLY NON POLITICAL, and we want to keep it that way.
The Orange circle is a favorite for Hollywood film makers. A real Old Towne flair and a great small town atmosphere. All the more reason to stand up for what America is all about.

I was for about 4 hours. Several others were there also.
Aquakat, Drango is up there, and Syncro. We had a Freeper drive to Berkeley from Colorado for the recent City Council vote.
Many are active in different ways, not just at rallies/counterprotests.
