Blix? Doesn’t this guy realize he is already on the ash heap of history?

Any reference to Hans Blix reminds me of his role as shark food in “Team America” - funniest movie ever. Totally gross, outrageously non-PC, and hysterically funny.

an oppressor of his own people but no longer a threat to the worldAnd if there's one thing the U.N. has no qualms with, it's oppressing your own people.

“he would, in all likelihood, have become another Kadhafi or Castro; an oppressor of his own people but no longer a threat to the world.”
Talk about ignoring facts!! Saddam was already an accomplished oppressor and was actively involved in paying off terrorist attacks on Israel.

The true tragedy is that this particular piece of idiot (Blix) is still drawing breath.
Enemy propagandists are a legit target in a shooting war.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Blix found no WMD, nor did David Kay, nor did Dulfer. So why is Blix the doofus, when our own teams found nothing remarkably different?

Hans Brix?? He got fed to the sharks. I saw it.
To: NormsRevenge
It was drooling socialist retards like Hans Blix that made the war increasingly likely as they coddled Saddam and enabled endless charades....... if we could have had any confidence that the UN inspections process would actually be pursued vigorously and relentlessly backed by threat of military force then we might have been able to let it continue. But Saddam played Blix like a socialist fiddle and the USA could have no reliance upon such a simpering idiot.

Blix should have been swinging from a rope as one of Saddam’s enablers 15 minutes after they cut down the ‘Lion of Baghdad’ from his appointment with the gallows.

I can't believe this hasn't been said before, "Blix is ignorance." I could not find it with google, at least.
From 1981 to 1997, Mr. Blix headed the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N. body responsible for inspecting nuclear sites around the world - including Iraq's - to make sure they are not cranking out atomic bombs. As late as 1990, the same year Iraq invaded Kuwait, Mr. Blix's inspectors rated Iraq's cooperation as "exemplary." But all the while Saddam was running a vast A-bomb program under their very noses. Iraq produced both plutonium and enriched uranium for nuclear weapons in clear violation of the IAEA's rules. Some of the work went on at the same places that were being inspected, and was hidden with the help of an Iraqi official who was himself a former IAEA inspector. (His knowledge of inspection techniques helped dupe his former colleagues). Had the Gulf War not intervened, Iraq might have made its first bomb without anyone being the wiser.
(A WSJ article)
More.. As director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 1981 to 1997, he was in charge of overseeing inspections of the country's nuclear programme. During that time, the Iraqis managed to hide an advanced nuclear weapons development programme from the IAEA. It was only discovered after the Gulf War in 1991.
