If it makes you feel better, I am female and have spent most of my life clueless. People will say someone has a crush and I can’t even imagine... Meanwhile, I was reading old letters from my pen pal and thinking, “I guess someone would have to come right out and say what they thought for me to get it.” Meanwhile, on the back of that letter my pen pal had written “I love you” and still didn’t figure it out back then.
