Last night, Greta van Susteren interviewed Hillary Clinton on Fox News. This was the most interesting exchange:
VAN SUSTEREN: And if he says, no, I won't do it, that leaves Michigan and Florida out. And does that leave you out?
CLINTON: No. Not at all, because we are going to make sure those votes get counted, one way or another.
VAN SUSTEREN: How?
CLINTON: Well, you know, you can always go to the convention. That is what credential fights are for. You know, let's have the Democratic Party go on record against seating the Michigan and Florida delegations three months before the general election? I don't think that will happen. I think they will be seated. So that is where we are headed if we don't get this worked out.
A credentials battle in Denver! Every Republican's dream! If Hillary is to be believed--always a big "if" where the Clintons are concerned--it may become a reality.
So, if Hillary destroys the dem party or starts a race war, it’s OK? Greta should have called her on this...
Translation: IT’S MY NOMINATION!!! MINE!!! MINE!!!! MINE!!!!
What with ethonol gas eating up the corn crop and this Dem primary joke we’ll likely run out of popcorn by the time all this comes about.
Maybe we should hoard?
The Tonya Harding of politics is going to KNEE-CAP Barak!!
Pop the Popcorn!
YES! It is okay!
That’s a grand idea. I’m popping mine in garbage can sized quantities.
Gotterdammerung.
If you can’t save the Reich, destroy it around you!!!!
This is GRRRRRRRRREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope we see fistfights!!!!!!!!!!!
If WHO says, "No"?
What was this question about to begin with?
1. Hillary steals nomination
2. Enraged Obamanites vote McCain in protest
3. Frustrated Conservatives stay home
4. McCain wins
5. Conservatives get blamed for every bad thing that happens during the next 4 years
LOL!
Operation Chaos !!!!!!!!!!!!
6. This all somehow proves conservatives hate women and especially blacks.
I assumed DNC head Howard Dean.
I must say, with all this infighting and the bitterness on the Dem side, the Republicans may have a chance this year. I’m NOT enthusiastic about McCain, but for a variety of reasons his VP pick will be one of the most important decisions in the whole campaign. I give it a 50-50 chance he’ll make a good pick, as opposed to going out of his way to give conservatives another thumb in the eye.
Sorry - didn’t intend to hijack the discussion.
Don't f*%! with me! It's MINE!
Rush needs to throw it to Obama now and FINSH off the witch!....and the wizard!

Well...
1 - yes, that’s a given as far as I’m concerned.
2 - better if they just stay home and don’t vote “down ticket”
3 - Personally, not going to chance it. I’m voting for McQueeg.
4 - yes, probably in an electoral landslide.
5 - Here’s my best case scenario: Dhimmirat party destroyed. GOP becomes leftist party under McCain. Another party steps in from the right flank.
The press is afraid of Hellary and her minions.....In fact most of Hellary’s minions are from the press....case in point...Yesterday the clinon brat was asked how her fathers tryst with Fats Lewinski affected the clinton family....The brat answered back “none of your business”, when in reality it is our business because the whole affair took plsce in OUR Whitehouse by the president of the once great USofA...We all know that if one of Bush;s brats was in the same position as the hanger on Chelsea, the press would still be harping about it
The clintons are terrible people and hopefully they are booted out of the nomination by the dumb Democrats.
That will happen regardless of who wins.
When will this rotten B movie end? Seems to be going on forever.
Im NOT enthusiastic about McCain, but for a variety of reasons his VP pick will be one of the most important decisions in the whole campaign.

I got a call from the RNC asking for a contribution. I told them not until we find out who McCain chooses as his running mate.
The guy babble on about winning seats in Congress for the Republicans. Told him if we didn’t have a real conservative on the Ticket as VP,don’t call me back.
At that point in time I told him I was willing to let the chips fall where they may.
He was speechless. Hope the call was recorded for “Quality”
purposes.
Money talks, but as I grow older I’ve found the lack of it speaks louder.
I’m sitting this election out, but it’s fun to watch. We are basically a one party country now, anyway, so if we split the Democrats in two, will that make us a two party country again?
A left and a far left?
Good point! My vote has to be “earned,” not received by default.
And volunteering time, giving money, being enthusiastic and all the rest is necessary too. Not just holding one’s nose and voting.
Glad to speak to a kindred spirit.
Thieves stealing from Thieves to gain control of the Party of Thieves.
Last nite Begala said "when monkeys fly out of my butt".....What a CLASSY GUY!!!
There, I fixed it for you.
Well, as much as I hate to agree with a Clinton I have to say I agree with Chelsea. How it affects their FAMILY is none of our business. How the affair affects Bill's ability to be president, the issue of taking advantage of an intern, etc - that's the stuff that's our business. And Chelsea wouldn't have a useful opinion on that.
Clinton Inc. never fails to amaze us.
I’m hoping and praying McCain picks a conservative for the VP... it might only be a nod to conservatives, but it’d be better than nothing.
Isn’t life grand.... :)
There is an "H-Bomb" in your future.
The question did not have to do with effects on the family. The question was whether it reflected on Hillary’s credibility. Fair game, IMO.
The “Who” is Osama Obama. He refuses to work out a way to have new primaries in Fla and Mi.
Coward Dean said he is OK with having do-over primaries but both Hillary and B-HO have to agree.
B-HO will only agree to a meaningless 50-50 split of the delegates to have them seated.
Hildabeast is right on this one and B-HO is blocking the Fla and Mi delegates which will cause a floor fight at the convention.
I look forward to watching them rip each other's guts out at the convention!
Crossover voters vote for Hillary! The left gave us John McCain with their crossover votes because they thought McCain was the easiest one to beat....It’s all blowing up in their faces. We are going to end up with McCain thanks to crossover voting who basically no one will like.
I'm with you, but I think it's more than a 'nod'. It's probably a 50-60% chance this VP would run for POTUS in 2012, and if McCain were to want and win a second term, a 95% chance this pick would run for POTUS in 2016. There's a lot at stake in this pick.
The pick also sends a signal to the liberal SCOTUS judges. If it's a conservative pick they're more likely to retire while McCain is POTUS.
The delegate count is too close for her to give up. Why shouldn’t she take it to the convention? Barak isn’t any more entitled to the nomination than she is, as he cannot reach the required number of delegates without a fight either.
Both Dem candidates are scary, but Barak much more so IMO. I’d much rather see Hillary get the nomination, as she’d be a less horrible president than Hussein-Obama by a long shot.
Denver Alert!
There is an “H-Bomb” in your future.
This dem-on-dem crime would be radically more fun for me if that convention wasn’t going to be 20 miles from my house. What a pain. A buddy of mine happens to be a cop from a non-Denver city and they are already starting to train for this mess. It will be the dumb-a$$ protestors that will cause the problems. You know how dems are when they don’t get their way.... they set things on fire, flip things over, throw rocks and generally raise H#ll thinking it will help. We don’t have the jail space. I should learn how to make rubber bullets and tear gas..... we’re going to need’em.
The way I see it is if the delegates are not seated, Michigan and Florida voters, and Hillary supporters will raise cane at the convention. Perfect.
Stock up on Pop Corn, hot dogs, and beer (Pop for the kids). This is going to be great entertainment.
Doesn’t CO have CCW ?
Thank you Jeebus! Thank you!
“How it affects their FAMILY is none of our business.”
She wasn’t asked how it affected the family, she was asked howit affected hillary’s credibility (in the election).
A very legitimate question. The questionner was a hillary supporter.
So you totally ignore the concept of the right of the people to elect their representatives? Really, this whole 'superdelegate" thing is nothing more than a banana republic system of stealing power from the people and giving it to the elites.
Please point out one country in the world where the "eliets" have done a better job than free and honest elections.
You bet we do. Wife & I have been talking about that for months. We need to get off our ***’s and get that done!
My house is well protected and except for the Rockies games in August, I won't be going anywhere near that convention center. I just don't want to end up having to pay for this ‘privilege’.
LOL!! Reminds me of the scene in “Mommy Dearest” where Joan Crawford (Faye Dunaway) is sitting in a Pepsi board meeting and says, “Don’t f@#* with me, fellas. This isn’t my first time at the rodeo.” Gives a whole new meaning to “Being rode hard and put away wet” too many times!!
Good idea. I think I’ll get started on mine.
