I don’t believe that Conservatives who are against McCain have such short sighted reasons for seeing him defeated.

It is more for the reasons we repeatedly post, if anyone on the other side is understanding where we are coming from. We are no longer supporting a party that has repeatedly let us down from all aspects of what Conservatism represents.

Rush is no different. Enough is enough. It’s time to remodel a very sick party. If that means taking the next 4 years off, then so be it.

Don’t worry, the Democrats will have their hands so full, trying to redirect blame for the coming economic disaster, that they will be too preoccupied to change any thing, or even raise taxes for that matter. The extremely bad economy, and the reaction from all Americans will not let that happen.

This is where George W. Bush will be vindicated sooner than later. The economy he created is still fresh in America’s mind. Conservatism will prevail soon after, like 2010.

America is in for a lesson it hopefully will never forget. It’s time to circle the wagons and keep your powder dry. There are times when there is no other choice, and this is developing into one of them.

That's what I said, here's the end again.

"...At least Hillary voted for the war, I wouldn't ever register Democrat myself but I can see why many Republicans might to vote for her over Obama if given the chance. He would put our entire government in a complete 180 degree turn, away from long time allies such as Israel, further open the old racial wounds he used to rise to power, already having the most liberal voting record in the US Senate (#100, Hillary #16), we couldn't pick a worst candidate for them to nominate and would be a complete disaster for the USA. Not that I expect that will happen, but any way you can stop it you should..."

I think the best Wright quotes are those where he’s attacking people for their race. When he blames the government, there’s many Americans who unfortunately agree. The statements he made about the Natalie Holloway girl were particularly offensive. Others about Bill and Hillary Clinton, and anything about Jews, Italians, or other non blacks are the ones that are the most difficult, impossible in fact, to explain.

There’s almost more surely to come out. Seems to be something new almost every day, now they got Osama saying that Wright has apologized, when he hasn’t, and refering to this country with “despite all her flaws” again today. His base really feeds off this racist, anti-American rhetoric.

That’s a good point, and considering how gullible the American people are, HRC might be the weaker candidate. But will McPain even bother to campaign? He so wants Democrats to say nice things about him that he may not do “whatever it takes” to win.

You are right, the uninformed young are for Oprah’s Obama — the chickens from their secular humanist “education” have come home to roost. The media calls it “Obamamania”, and the American people CHEER in their ignorance.

Once the voters get to know more facts, Obama will lose to McCain. Right now McCain leads in states like PA that were blue in the last elections.

Well now, this is mirroring a poll the other day which had seemed, at first, to be an outlier. If it’s not the Bosnia flap, not sure what else it could be. I can’t imagine any reason in the world Obama shouldn’t have plummeted like a rock, but apparently the power of Hope and/or Change is not to be underestimated.

The only good thing to come out of this is Hillary essentially telling Pelosi and the rest of Obama’s supporters to go screw themselves cuz she’s not dropping out. One thing you have to give her credit for is that she does fight for what she wants. Ah, but that Bosnia thing was stupid. I only hope that, if she continues a downward slide, her attacks become more desperate and she starts doing some real damage to Obama.

Considering she only ran for senate so she could run for president, she has no ‘political future’ to look forward to either way. So she might as well go for payback! Perhaps that’s wishful thinking, but with 30% of her supporters now saying they won’t vote for Obama, she’s definitely helping us out!

Is she egomaniacal enough to believe that 30% would follow her if she doesn’t get the dem nomination? People have contemplated an Obama 3rd party bid, but Hillary just might be vindictive enough to try it. More wishful thinking! But I have no problem seeing her initiate a mutually assured destruction scenario.

“All the Rats jumping off the Clinton Garbage Barge had better hope and pray she looses. There will be hell to pay if she wins. There is going to be hell to pay in Denver, for sure.”

It’s unthinkable to me that she’ll drop out. And if the Obama people continue alienating her supporters (the number who say they will vote Republican instead has increased 10% in the last month) then the Denver convention will be a food fight of jaw-dropping proportions.

She will make a fuss about Michigan and Florida. Michigan and Florida will send their delegates. They will demand to be seated. Democrat leaders will have to choose between seating them, or telling them to get lost. There comes a time when just saying “But you moved your contest forward 1 week too early!!!” won’t be adequate to address the issue. Especially if Al Gore gets involved, will he back Obama against the Florida vote, or say the Florida vote should count since that’s what the evil evil Supreme Court used to deprive him of his “victory” in 2000? I predict it’d take 15 seconds for the Obama people to proclaim such a statement racist.

I think Hillary will initiate an all-out battle right there on the convention floor, assuming she hasn’t found a way to cripple Obama by then. I still suspect there’s something to Novak’s story that she’s sitting on something extra-juicy about the Obamessiah. But when will she deploy it?

Novak pointed out she doesn’t actually have to know of a scandal, just say that she knows of one but can’t let it get out cuz it would be too destructive. If she starts playing that angle, she might still be in this game.

Well, the fact that Oprah’s Obama has any significant support at all is frightening. He should be in the 3 percent range, not the 50 percent range.
