“And now voters, for the first debate between Hillary and John. One moment. We will begin as soon as they finish their tea and crumpets”.

Clinton noted that McCain supported campaign finance reform and “he doesn’t think global warming is a myth...

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Is Clinton letting the cat out of the bag? He doesn't think global warming is a myth???

By not mentioning Obama, he suggested to some observers that he believes Obama’s patriotism is lacking.

headline should be "Bill Clinton Finally Tells The Truth"

I think he starts to accept that his wife is not going to get the nomination, so he really really wants McCain defeat Hussein Obama so he can say, “I told you so!”

re: global warming. The left can't solve life's real problems, so it creates fake ones that it has no possible way of being held accountable on, and proceeds to make them political issues.

Don't mistake what this is. The Clintons are sending a warning shot across the DNC's bow which, in effect, says that they'll cut the legs out from under Obama if Hilly's not on the ticket.

I think Team Commie just upped the ante on Team Hate Whitey.

I swear Bill is doing everything he can to make sure Hillary doesn’t get elected. No matter what he says, he doesn’t want to be the first First Lady-Man in history.

The fix is in. What a joke Clinton claiming the Obama’s -or anyone else for that matter- patriotism is lacking. When he was one of the most un-patriotic Presidents ever -most notably when he authorized all that technology to be sent to China. More Clinton hypocrisy once again. Judging from the 3 main contenders -it is a safe bet that the next President will not be too patriotic.

This screams to me that Clinton wants to continue to enrage conservatives by practically endorsing McCain, and depress the conservative turnout so his wife can win and sweep to a Congress dominated by the left.

Unfortunately for him, his witch wife won’t be the nominee. And even worse for that perjuring murdering bastard, we’ll take seats in this election. In fact, I pledge right now to show up and vote for constitutionalist conservatives for Congress, no matter that I’d never vote for that worthless POS McCain. I don’t want Obama or Hillary to have a pliant Congress ready to do their bidding. Let the Rats see what 4 years of a can-do-nothing White House will do to their national reputation for delivering the pork.

This is going to be an interesting election. The dems are praising the Republican candidate in order to keep the pubbies from voting. This is Hellary’s version of Operation Chaos.

Bill knows that when he does this it drives even more conservatives away from McCain. Nothing a Clinton says is said for anything but personal gain.

LMAO!!!
The Sinkmeister is already sabotaging McCain!
(Of course, McCain has provided all the ammunition.)

This is on a par with the “as far as I know” comment from a few weeks ago.
That Sinkmeister is slicker than ever...

This is the Clinton's attempt at their own version of "Operation Chaos." I, like many Freepers, am very disappointed about the choice of McCain and for all the views he holds that I strongly disagree with, he still is a better choice and as has become clear his moderate/maverick positions that so infuriate many of us is like deadly poison to the chances of Clinton or Obama. They'll nail on the Iraq War and the "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" and "100 years" comments. And being the complete hypocrites they are they will make digs, jokes about his age and in the process piss off many of the most reliable voters - seasoned citizens.

So again not happy about the choice of McCain but enjoying the fact that they will have to go extra dirty to battle McCain's maverick tendencies that appeal to alot of the mushy middle.

None of you have gotten this Bill Clinton stunt right. Forget 2012

What’s really going on is Bill Clinton is trying to psych out Barrack and minimize his importance by talking about Hillary Clinton’s opponent in the general election. This talk diminishes Obama. Makes him seem inconsequential and irrelevant because after all, we (Democrats) know this upcoming election will be between two legitimate and adult candidates-— Hillary and McCain

Bill’s praise of John McCain is also a try to drive up the polling numbers of Hillary supporters who claim they will vote McCain if Obama gets the nomination. The higher these numbers, the more essential it is to nominate Hillary and offer the VP slot to Obama
