Thanks for posting. This is the first I've heard of this story. My wife has worked as a registered nurse at O'bleness Hospital for 15 years (the un-named hospital in the story)

One of the cable shows had the originator of the story on over the weekend. Supposedly, a deputy sheriff. The guy looked like he would breech the scales at about 450 lbs...
