Well, it should, insofar as it does not directly interfere with your rights. And this does not. It may indirectly influence all of 3 people to be murdering slobs, but that’s beside the point.

Speech that incites to violence is an exception. But that is a gray area. Did violence actually occur as a result of such speech? Not always easy to prove.
Leave the Bill of Rights & Constitution alone.
